The Aircuity® OptiNet® system can monitor space levels of carbon dioxide, total volatile organic compounds (hereafter TVOCs), particle counts, carbon monoxide, and moisture. By multiplexing sensors, a single sensor bay can replace dozens of sensors, greatly increasing reliability, and greatly reducing ongoing maintenance and calibration costs. By using a common sensor for outside/supply air monitoring and space monitoring, the OptiNet system eliminates error stacking and provide the most reliable, lowest-operating-cost means of right-sizing the outside air to the facility. The best applications are facilities with sufficient square footage (20,000 ft2 or more) and variable occupancy.
Air Enterprises air handling units are lightweight and can be field assembled. They are ideal for retrofit applications, or applications where space restrictions require a modular unit.
DriTherm® waterproof, field-applied underground insulation can be used in new installations or to repair existing insulated underground lines.
Phoenix Controls airflow control valves can be used to replace a VAV box with a pressure independent, maintenance-free device. We offer both variable flow and constant volume valves for this application, and the valves are available with either BACnet or Lon controls.
Thermon® self-limiting heat tracing cables can be used for domestic hot water temperature maintenance in lieu of a recirculation loop.
